Copy of a letter from Pedro Galindo Navarro, Comandante General of the Provencias Internas, announcing that Father Antonio de los Reyes has been named Bishop of the new diocese of Sonora, Sinaloa, and the Californias. He also mentions that a new Comandante General, Felipe de Neve, will take office in 1792.
